Resolution for 2011: “My 2011 resolution is to stop feeling guilty from 'ghosts of failed resolutions past.' I'm going to choose to see each day as a new opportunity to begin again in a healthy, positive, forward-looking direction. Forgetting what has already happened, I will leap toward all my new goals for the year. (Gosh, after telling you this, I’ve just encouraged myself!)”
